I submitted my resume through LinkedIn. The process started with two recruiter calls followed by a manager and director interview call. After these calls, I was flown into California for an onsite interview. The majority of people I interviewed with were kind and asked great thought provoking questions. I was extremely disappointed however that when I made it to the last interview with the potential manager, she didn't appear to remember interviewing me the first time. I thought her lack of preparation was shoddy and unprofessional, especially considering I took vacation days to prepare and fly out for the interview.
