Interview process was a series of phone interviews starting with HR, a Consulting Manager, and the VP of Professional Services. On premise interview in San Jose to their office with rounds with four people in the department.

It's been a while since I had the interview, but it was mostly standard questions, more get to know you type questions and "why sage intacct"
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (Bristol, England) in Mar 2014
Interview
I headhunted the company as I used to use the software in my own business and loved it.
Although it did take a long time to get their attention via email, when the Skype interview took place (internationally), things moved fairly quickly.
The interview was with the head of the department that I was applying for and won the position based on customer experience and usage of the product.

Readiness and experience of the product.
Availability to start in a short period of time, considering an international move still had to happen.
Basic double entry accounting knowledge and the ability to understand business reports.
