Salesforce Solution Architect interview questions

Interview process consisted of 2 separate interviews with an Engagement Director. One interview was technical and the other was consulting related. I was then moved on to the final interview with the hiring manager and two others. This was a presentation about a previous project. Decided to decline the position, though, since internal employees aren't offered the same amount as external hires.

The process consisted of a screening by the recruiter, 2 interviews with people in the role, and a panel presentation. The panel presentation was a review of a specific project I had completed the highlighted my skills.
