I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Sanofi
Interview
Sanofi recruiters came to my college, and I attended their open information session. I then sent my resume in, and was asked to interview. I had two 15-20 minute interviews, 1:1, with two teams at Sanofi research - one about clinical research, one about basic science.
A few months later, I got a call asking if I'd like to join for the summer intern position.
The interview process was very smooth and fast. They got back to me with an offer 2 days after my interview. The interview was not stressful because it felt more like a conversation than a formal back and forth which eased the nerves! Overall great experience.
Long, and unorganized. HR does not give any idea about interview. Any question asked not answered. 30 min interview went over an hour. Around 4 interviews, all focused on technical skills

Question 1
Write linear regression, then find out the line slope
very disorganized. 1 screening, then individual interviews with all the teammates. All technical questions; implement some basic ML algorithm, basic ML questions all over the place. Not interested in your project
