Interview
The interview process was an overall positive experience. While the number of interview rounds was not mentioned beforehand, everyone was nice and fair. HR was responsive during communications. The process consisted of a recorded video interview first, then two more rounds of 2-3 interviews each. The offer was shortly extended afterward.

Question 1
In your own words, describe what siemens is and why do you want to work here?
HR contacted me and set up an interview. Two person interview. I felt the interview went well and that I answered all their questions to satisfaction. The tone they left the interview with sounded like I would at least get a 2nd interview and that I was in the consideration. After a week and a half I wrote to them asking about when I should expect to hear back and they said they had sent me an email earlier in the week saying I had not been selected, and that the email was likely in my spam. There was no email in my spam, and none of their previous emails had gone to my spam. Flat out lied to me when they forgot to get back to me.
