The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2009
Interview
The first call was from HR. The second call was from the hiring manager. The next call was with a senior VP. This was followed by an on-site visit. The on-site visit included a panel interview with 4 people including the hiring manager, senior engineers and a VP. It also included a couple of one-on-one interviews. The lunch was organized in the cafeteria and I spoke to a couple of employees about their experiences. I suppose that was part of the interview process as well.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Siemens (Wendell, NC) in Jan 2011
Interview
They were extremely nice and polite. The work environment was great. They didn't ask a lot of technical questions and they focused more on my resume and asked me some simple questions about my experiences and skills. Everything was alright, but unfortunately I couldn't get the position, and I'm still trying to find a position at Siemens. I completely understand they were looking for the best qualified applicant and definitely they have chosen the best one. By the way, I heard the salaries are not so high at Siemens, but I love to work at Siemens....
