I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Siemens (Dubai) in Jan 2017
Interview
This was an interview for one of Siemens' regional arms, called SD Middle East LLC. The assistant to the HR manager called me to arrange an interview. Upon arriving at the interview, I started with a general interview (review of CV with general experience related questions) with the assistant who had arranged the interview. This lasted for 15-20 minutes. I was then told to wait in the waiting area after the assistant had found that the HR Manager was not available to interview me for an unknown reason (according to the assistant). After waiting for about 30 minutes, the HR assistant then proceeded to take me to interview with the line manager for Commercial Project Manager role, which was unexpected and unscheduled for the manager and myself. The line manager again reviewed my profile and asked general questions which were neither technical nor specific to the job. The HR assistant then explained to me that they would revert back to me within the month of January. I never heard from her regardless of NUMEROUS emails and phone calls. Finally, after about 60 days, I managed to get a hold of the HR assistant, where she gave me an answer she very evidently had improvised on the spot, explaining that the position had 'gone cold' (even though the line manager had explained during the initial interview that he needed the role filled by end of Q2 2017 and the interview did not consist of any technical portion to assess my skills related to the role). I then reached out to the line manager directly, and after failing to reach him after the first few emails and calls, I finally managed to reach him where he angrily answered the phone and explained to me that he 'wasnt convinced by my profile'. An answer that was not at all consistent with the answer given to me by the HR assistant. Overall the process was incredibly disorganized, incongruous, and demonstrated a clear lack of organization within their operation.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Siemens (Peking, Peking) in Jan 2012
Interview
first there was a phone interview, and then you would be invited to a onsite interview. The onsite interview would last for a whole day. It was started with 2 group interviews with self introduction and case analysis, and then a one to one interview with the hiring manager (a HR may also be present), and finally a written test for IQ test.

Question 1
what do your think of the performance of your group member during the group interview?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Bukarest, )
Interview
It was one interview with the HR team and one with the head of the department. I was open and related to the job I was applying for. No unnecessary pressure, or other unrelated subjects. I felt confident and realized immediately the opportunity.
