The interview process at TechRAQ consists of multiple rounds. Initially, candidates go through a resume shortlisting process. Shortlisted candidates are required to attend an aptitude or written test that evaluates basic logical, analytical, and technical skills. After clearing the written test, a technical interview is conducted where candidates are assessed on core technical concepts, programming fundamentals, and project knowledge. In some cases, a system or practical test is conducted to evaluate hands-on coding and problem-solving skills. Finally, selected candidates attend an HR interview, which focuses on communication skills, company fit, and salary discussion

Interview
The interview started with a self-introduction, followed by rolefit. I was asked to write a multithreading program and explain it. The discussion was interactive, and the interviewers were professional but was rescheduled multiple times.

The interview process was smooth and professional. It started with a brief introduction about my background, previous projects, and technical experience. Then the interviewer asked some basic technical questions related to programming, especially C++ fundamentals, problem solving, and object-oriented programming concepts. The overall experience was clear and well organized.
