Lenghty process (3 Months). Slow steps in interviews coordination. The interview was in person. Poor coordination between hiring manager and Saudi facility. The facility was not aware about me coming for in-person interview and they do not know his name ?!10 mins to get inside, another 10 mins to find the unknown hiring manager. Only two specific questions during the interview: Tell me about yourself and what will you do when you get the job. No HR attended (This is always a bad sign). I was informed that I am selected by the hiring manager himself during the interview later and he discussed my notice period. Two weeks later I called to follow up and the recrutier was upset why I am calling ? Two weeks more, I received an email informing me that I am not selected. The feedback I was given by the recuriter aftet she finally called is the same as the system generated email. The good thing is that I did not quit my current job and believed that hiring manager. For Saudi applicants: The office atmosphere is Saudi front desk, and "Yes, Sir" mentality for two-three dominant nationalities there. This is my reading... Good luck!
