I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Siemens
Interview
On Campus prelim, then 4 back to back interviews on site. The on campus interviews were fairly typical, but the on site interviews were far more in depth. I felt they wanted to really see how you thought and if you were a good problem solver. All on site interviewers were very friendly when I struggled with a question
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Ciudad de Mexico) in Mar 2015
Interview
They have a well detailed interview process and take care to recruit the best elements to add efforts with Siemens. Human Resources and the Chief of the area performed the interviews with courtesy.

I applied online. I interviewed at Siemens (Atlanta, GA) in May 2014
Interview
Phone interview, I stop the interview process after the phone interview. The recruiter was unprepared and very rude. That told me about the company culture right there. The phone interview was not an interview just a screening process, where the recruiter clearly hadn't even looked over my resume.
