Interview
Initial phone interview followed by travel paid face-to-face panel interviews. Emphasis placed on technical knowledge and being comfortable in tense customer service situations. The standard questions revolve around personal technical electronic or mechanical experience. The phone interview is usually 15-45 minutes depending on questions and answers, but you can expect a 45-60 minute panel interview. Dress NICELY. Long-sleeve button shirt and slacks for males and appropriate Business Causal for Females.

Straight forward but a little slow to hear back in next steps. Good questions were asked and the people you speak with answer any questions and explain the position well.

Met with Zone President and two regional managers. Asked a series of technical and customer service-related questions. A very pleasant experience overall. Nothing negative to say. I received a call back within a few hours.

Interview
HR phone screening interview first, then Hiring Managers video interview. Two managers were present and both made questions related to previous experience and also captious questions and situational questions too. It lasted about one hour the video interview and 30 minutes phone call.
