Initial Phone interview. Asked to explain what I thought the role involved. Then they picked a couple of highlights from my CV and asked for some more detail on my approach. Invited to first interview. Was taken straight to a room on my own. Handed a scenario "We compete with other sites for new business and projects. How would you help the management team at this site define the right strategy to compete going forward?" I had 30 minutes to prepare a flipchart presentation. I then presented my proposal to the management team. Q & A followed regarding my proposal, then they moved to competency/behavioural questions. Total 90 minutes. Second interview: No scenario, just straightforward Q&A behavioural and competency based questions. Panel of 9, some of which were on the first interview, some which were not.
