I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Siemens in Nov 2009
Interview
The interview was for the EIT program. The interviewer asked basic interview questions like: "describe how you dealt with a disgruntled employer or coworker over an argument." They were able to answer a lot of the questions I had about the training program. I thought the interview went fairly well, however, I was told I would be told via email if I made it to the second round of interviews, but NEVER heard from the recruiter again.

I applied online. I interviewed at Siemens (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
Long time waiting, harsh questions, no answer within a couple of weeks. Looking for a low salary with high expectations. Descrimination about people with disabilities. They didn't value the previous experience.
The process was very straightforward. I completed an asynchronous interview and was given the opportunity to redo my answers as many times as needed to best present myself. However, once making it past the initial round, they did not get back to me for 3 months.
