2 stage interview process - first one with the head of change and the second with head of change, head of analysts and my predecessor. It was a very friendly l, relaxed interview process. A mixture of questions and my background chat.

Tell me about a time when you had to navigate difficult stakeholders
Three stages of interviews with HR, direct manager and directors. First one is a phone screening then an online TEAMS interview then lastly an in person interview in their head office
I was asked to answer a product strategy question with a video. the video was 2 min max and i could record the answer as many times i wanted.
the question was about a legacy software product from siemens.

How i would migrate a well established software product from siemens to a SaaS solution
Extreme lack of consideration for the candidate experience.
The job application process takes 2 hours to fill in. Many irrelevant or repeating questions. E.g. what is your date of birth? It has nothing to do with a candidate's ability to do the job.
2-3 days later, a generic rejection message.
