I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Siemens (Brüssel) in Aug 2023
Interview
Got a reply a week after cv submission and the first (remote) interview went very much according to normal procedure (background, ambitions, skills, salary) after which the interview feedback would be transferred to the hiring manager. From then on things went into a black hole. Because of holidays, the application seems to have evaporated. After four weeks HR still hadn't received any feedback from the hiring manager. I checked again and the file hadn't gotten any follow up. Very strange how a company that sells automation to customer isn't capable of having a proper follow up of its candidates. Two months after initial interview still no feedback.

Question 1
Quite regular questions: Do you know Siemens, tell about your background, why this position, your ambitions, salary expectations. The in depth interview would be only with the hiring manager and role playing game after that.
