      Inside Sales Interview

      Apr 3, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Fort Lauderdale, FL
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sixt (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

      Interview

My Resume is on Indeed, so the Recruiter sent me and email asking if i was interested in this Sales Position. I said yes! and she called me, she told me about the job and asked me a few questions then we set up and interview. I knew as soon as i walked in the office that i was not being hired. No one there is over 30 years of age, very young culture. My interview went well it was on a friday, got my decline letter on Tuesday. I wonder why she called me in the first place after seeing my Resume, its clear i don't have alot of Sales experiences. I personally think it's age discrimination which of course i can never prove but if i were 21 would be sitting at a desk right now.
