Ich durfte mich kurz selbst vorstellen.
Anschließend wurden mir Fragen gestellt zu den Kennzahlen, welche in Filialen anfallen können. Ob ich schonmal Mitarbeiter bzw. ein Team geführt habe. Was meine Lieblingsfächer im Studium waren. Weshalb ich genau bei SIXT arbeiten möchte. Zum Schluss wurden Starttermin und Gehalt besprochen und mir gesagt ich werde jetzt ein Online-Assessment absolvieren dürfen um anschließend dann ein persönliches Vorstellungsgespräch zu bekommen.

I was called shortly after applying online for the management trainee position. Interview was thorough and about an hour long. Asked many questions about myself and previous work experience. Also was put into several scenarios to see how well I can communicate and solve problems.
