I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sixt (Hamburg) in Aug 2018
Interview
I interviewed in Sixt, Germany in August 2018. There were two rounds. First was basic HR talk about salary expectations and work experience.
Second round: was written test with two simple questions.
I submitted written test and they told me we can not move ahead with you. I said why? What was wrong with my solution: accuracy/time/space/code style ? They never replied.
You are given set of scripts. Scripts have dependency on each other. There is no cyclic dependency. Order the scripts in correct execution order. ie. if A depends on B then B should come before A in execution order.

Interview
HR Contact me on Wednesday and specified about the kind of work they are doing in BLR India(impressed with technical things shared by HR over the phone), And I was waiting for call letter and call letter was sent at last minute, which I didn't like because I had very less time to research about the company or prepare myself(lack of resource on Glassdoor as well, because BLR team of SXIT was a year ago). They were least bothered about your language-specific knowledge. The team was looking for a strong candidate with Data Structure knowledge only two questions were asked and give you plenty of time to solve those questions. Anyway. , What I didn't like is they will be putting you into new technology to work on, which was not mentioned over the phone call, so kinda felt wasted my time Because i wanna stick to JAVA add more languages to it but not move away from my expertise language ( something they should understand about exp candidate and ask this question over the phone before proceeding).

Interview
Applied online and had a telephonic interview with a team lead who chatted more about the role and asked a few technical questions and some personal questions. The interviewer was friendly and professional, but this was my first telephonic interview and I was very nervous and struggled to answer the questions eloquently. I did not hear back - not even a negative response which was a little disappointing.
