Four step process. Initial HR interview. Then a phone screen. Then an interview with two senior analysts. This was a case study - given business case and had 30min to identify key issues and present on resolution. Finally an interview with the BSA Director.

Tell me about the worst project experience you had.
3 interviews, 1 phone, 2 in person. No process questions mostly asking for experience . Experience in working with projects, difficult clients, custom solutions. Background check is required when they offer you the position.

She asked me questions and I answered them. The interview was 30 minutes long and was pretty straightforward. The interview was mostly about the role and whether or not I felt it was right for me.
