Interview
I found the human resources department to be incredibly disorganized (offering me an interview then forgetting to provide a date/time) and the interview itself to be incredibly uncomfortable.
One of the two ladies was somewhat friendly - the other (apparently the woman I would have been working under) was plain rude. The interview itself lasted only 15 minutes and at least 5 of the questions were about why I was looking for a new position. No behavioral questions, no questions about my work ethics or personality. I felt on the defense for much of the interview, explaining why I was applying outside of my current company. I was absolutely shocked to receive an offer and felt I had to turn it down.... How can I justify leaving my current job to work in an environment like that?

Interview
the interview was fun and friendly and they judged based on experience and your interview skills. This job is recommended for many new students looking for an entry level job. I would highly recommend polishing interview skills as they do hire people with no experience.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sun Life (Calgary, AB)
Interview
Disappointing and confusing. HR had no idea if they contacted me, I was invited to the same initial interview 3 times, they scheduled a phone interview when it was supposed to be an in person interview, they sent me to the wrong floor and never returned my calls with my inquires. By the time I made it to the 4th interview I lost all interest as it was so frustrating. The assessment (after the phone screen) they send you is 40 minutes long an mostly deductive reasoning questions that are irrelevant to the position.
