Sun Life Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Smart, professional and straight forward. The interview process did not aim to induce me in error, or trick me into anything. I felt the goal was to get to know me for who I am as a person.

There new AI system is not working properly and the personality test and auto rejected my application because it couldn’t produce a score due to issues with the AI the recruiter proceeded to then be extremely rude towards me and said it’s a system problem but it’s my fault and then proceeded yelling at me. Quite honestly this was a horrific experience and says a lot about a company if this person is part of there HR department.
