Phone interview was with HR, then they called me for in person interview. Interview process was casual. The manager was great and friendly. I received an offer after one week.

Interview
First step was a phone interview with a HR representative recruiter regarding the position. Next was a one on one onsite interview with the Assistant Vice President of the Group.

Interview
It started with an over the phone screening interview with very basic questions, such as "Why would you choose to work with Sunlife Financial?", "What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses to be?". After doing good in that I was invited in to meet with an HR representative for the first interview. I was later invited back for a second interview with the department head and another HR Rep.

Question 1
"Tell me what you would do in a situation where the system you were using for your job went down or experienced a technical error while you were on the phone, what would you do". I answered the question well (hence why I got the job), but was a bit surprised as I never heard that question in an interview before. Lesson learned, interview questions change now and then.
