1) Phone Interview 2) Skills test (English and French grammar, spelling, syntax, grade 6 math problem solving) 3) 1:1 interview 4)If good scores on test, meet with Director to discuss diffrent lines of business. Over all a good experience, however I wish I would of attempted to negotiate. The way the offer is positioned, you dont really get the feeling you can negotiate anything. Its more like an explanation.
