I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sun Life
Interview
they pretend an interview, but they are really painting an unlimited earnings potential business... at times they will get difficult, or try to make you sweat, or doubt. I remained calm and kept being me. They asked me about family and friends, my social life, it was more a conversation over coffee.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sun Life (Montreal, QC) in Nov 2015
Interview
fairly straightforward behavioral questions. mostly described the job and what it entails. No base salary. commission is a complex structure. Company focuses more on recruiting new employees as opposed to honing the skills of current employees. good for goal oriented and organized individuals who are searching for an entry level position or an internship. Good for people willing to provide their contacts and reach out to their own network.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sun Life (Manila, ) in Aug 2015
Interview
I was just picked and didn't have a formal interview. Had to take 2 exams which they will not train you so you are expected to learn them all by yourself and don't worry if you can't learn them all because they'll give all the answers to you.
