I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sun Life (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2019
Interview
General soft skill questions, no technical questions. The process should be the manager ask you to introduce yourself, then they will let you complete a personality test. The personality test is what it decides whether to hire you or not, don't slip on the options and be as ambitious about money and as confident as possible.
It was an Online zoom interview asking questions and getting to know you. It was technical but not that hard, the questions were familiar but you need to have quality experience. The interviewer was not as friendly so that was also nerve-racking. Make sure to do research on company and be confident with all you know and feel free to ask questions about the position and the company.
