1. hiring process - 1st round: Aptitude + Testing Written Test of 25 min each 2nd round technical , 3rd - Hr round , 4th - Managerial round. I cleared all the rounds but in the end - They always say "HR will get back to you" to almost all the candidates except the ones who are their own relatives, for whom they conduct only one round and for rest people all the rounds. 2. No Management of applicants , their is no sequence in the way the applicants are called randomly - showing open favoritism (You can yourself actually see that this person is already selected without interview as they are related to the mangers sitting in Managerial round ) Anybody can come even after the slot timing is over. 3. They make the applicants wait for the whole day. 4. and conduct just 1 round till 4 , how pathetic process.

First written test, then technical round and then with HR in the end. The written test was aptitude test, then technical skills are checked and then finally the salary discussion with the HR. The aptitude test is not that difficult and in technical round they asked me everything about my previous work, experiences, challenges and different types of situations that I faced in my previous organizations.
