Interview
First was a short telephone interview going through geenral resume related information. it was then following by in-person interview with the manager. Overall general behavioural questions and situation-based interview question. Answer question using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action and Result).

It was very easy. Recruiters were very nice and friendly and efficient at the same time. Got a call 12 days after applying for an interview. Process was very fast.

Interview
I applied online and had two virtual interviews. First interview was more general questions with an HR staff member and the second interview was with two management level employees in the call centre and the questions were more experience based.
