Application via careers page then a phone screen with recruiter who asked a series of technical questions; Finally a virtual interview with the hiring manager to discuss team, structure and vision

Question 1
Describe your previous experience in financial services
Straightforward - met with HR, then met with the hiring manager and peers. The questions were expected. Some behavioural and some technical. Overall, it was pretty average. The interviews were over zoom, so it was convenient to take.
Applied online - recruiter screening call - hiring manager interview - skip level interview - final interview from a leader in a different team. Whole process took about a month from the start of the recruiter call.
Screening call, 3 rounds of interviews with senior management. Standard q&as about work experience. Generally easy and pleasant interview process altogether. Be ready with questions at the end of the interview.
