Mostly behavioral. The process took between 1-2 weeks. The first interview took place on campus. The second round consisted of three interviews on-site with a built-in networking breakfast and lunch.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sun Life (Calgary, AB)
Interview
Disappointing and confusing. HR had no idea if they contacted me, I was invited to the same initial interview 3 times, they scheduled a phone interview when it was supposed to be an in person interview, they sent me to the wrong floor and never returned my calls with my inquires. By the time I made it to the 4th interview I lost all interest as it was so frustrating. The assessment (after the phone screen) they send you is 40 minutes long an mostly deductive reasoning questions that are irrelevant to the position.

Give me a time you were involved in a conflict and how did you handle it.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sun Life (Wellesley, MA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online and within a few days, I heard back from the Recruiter. I had two 30 minute phone calls - one with the Recruiter and another with my (future) manager. I went to two in-person interviews and met with 3-4 senior mgmt leaders. From the day I was contacted to the day I was extended the offer, it took about one month so that wasn't bad at all.
