I applied online. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and relaxed. It was a one-to-one in-person interview with a manager at the store. The interviewer was kind and respectful throughout, and they helped give examples or clarity when needed so I could answer the questions to the best of my ability. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. Overall a positive experience.

Question 1
When was the last time you contributed greatly to a team
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.
