I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Edinburgh, Schottland) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview itself was pretty easy. When I arrived we were put into groups of 2 or 3 and we had to find out information on the other person and then present it to the rest of the groups. Next you have to take a short questionnaire where you had to say which statement applied to you. We were then taken to do 1:1 interviews, it was more of a chat than an interview and we just talked about my CV.
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

Question 1
What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
