I applied in-person. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (London, England) in Sep 2016
Interview
The first part of the interview process included filling out an assessment based on customer service skills and your own personal characteristics. You then speak with the store manager briefly on why you want to work at TK Maxx. The interview process was easy, however, the branch I applied for was highly disorganized. They gave me a position and a start date, however, a few days later changed the start date and never contacted me again.
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

Question 1
What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
