I applied online. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Hull, England) in Jul 2014
Interview
Incredible. There were 3 stages. At first you walked in and the store manager talked for a while about what the job was, One to one were a lady asked a few questions the next was a group activity were we worked in a group and had to plan what we'd take on a desert island, and a customer service quiz. It was so much fun and felt so at ease!
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.
