I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx in Sep 2025
Interview
It wasn't too formal. They had a booklet of questions - they asked a question and then wrote briefly what I answered. It wasn't that difficult and if you don't have any previous experience it shouldn't really affect you (as I didn't have any). But I think you should try to make your answers sound less rehearsed if they are - try sound more natural and friendly.

I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Bury St Edmunds, England)
Interview
Had to wait 20 minutes as they were interviewing somebody else, once i got interviewed they asked basic questions like "tell me about yourself" and "what is a time you delivered excellent customer service?". Overall, pretty simple interview process.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Worthing, South East England, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
It was very simple, the questions asked were like regular interview questions. The interview took 15-20 minutes. The interviewer wrote down the answers as i said them which took some time, but it didn't cut the interview short.
