I applied online. I interviewed at TD (Greenville, SC) in Oct 2024
Interview
Interview process went smooth. The questions asked were standard. They wanted details to make sure I wasn't lying. I would definitely recommend looking over your resume before the interview and writing down any systems you had to use at previous employers
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time where you have to work with a different department to solve an issue for a customer
I attended a group interview for the Customer Service Representative position. The interview lasted around 10–15 minutes and was hosted by an HR representative from TD.
During the interview, the HR representative spent almost the entire time looking at his laptop rather than engaging with the candidates. He went through a list of questions mechanically and typed down answers without making eye contact. This created the impression that he was not interested or fully attentive, which felt unprofessional and somewhat disrespectful, especially for a customer-facing role where communication matters.
The questions themselves were straightforward and standard for customer service roles. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of engagement from the interviewer.

time flexility, why TD, the example of offering exceptional customer service
Pretty standard interview questions. Tell me about yourself. Why are you applying for this position. Where do you see yourself in five years? How do you manage change ? Overall it was an okay interview.
