TD Customer Experience Associate interview questions

Interviewer was friendly. Explained what the role was about. Asked where I see myself in next 5 years. Interviewer asked some personal questions: how many kids do you have, are you planning to have more kids, etc. I felt like I had to respond to those questions. Overall it was an alright experience, except those personal questions.

Apply online and got a phone interview in couple weeks. And then was arranged a virtual interview with the hr in Toronto. Most of them are behavior questions regarding customer services.
