TD Customer Experience Associate interview questions

A 4-week process. Got a call from the recruiter to set with basic questions. Was called at the branch to interview, the interview was conducted by the branch manager and the supervisor. Asked questions related to customer service and business development.

There were 3 parts of the interview process; online assessment, phone interview, and an in-person 1:1 interview as well as a group presentation. Online assessment and phone interview took about half an hour and the in-personal interview/presentation was roughly 2 hours. The online assessment and phone interview are behavioural/personality tests as well as a pre-screening for the in-person interview.
