TD Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Process is as follow: 1. got referred to this branch by a manager in another branch 2. short interview with one of the managers in this branch 3. waited around 1 week and got another phone call to arrange another interview 4. long interview with 2 managers (1 hr and 20 min) 5. received an online assessment from HR on the same day after the interview 6. waited for 3 days and got a call from HR with their good news 7. filling in several forms and getting ready to undergo background check 8. if satisfied, 4 consecutive days of training in downtown and 1 week training in branch prior to real work

Was not long process. I walked in a big branch that had on site hr rep and introduced myself. She called me for phone interview two days later then had the branch interview in a week. Took my fingerprints on the following week then was hired.
