Interview
First portion of the process was a brief phone screening where I gave my background and went over my interest in the job. I was then invited in for an interview with the branch manager to talk about the role and to go over some additional questions.

1. Tell me about a time you had to work under pressure.
2. Have you ever had to deal with a conflict in a workplace/professional environment? If not, personal is fine, but please explain how you dealt with the situation.
3. Tell me about your interest in working here.
I applied online and got an interview. The interview questions and process is pretty standard. Not much different from other interviews I have been on and the questions were also similar
Interview with just the manager. I got a tour of the place and met the branch manager along with the rest of the team. Not too difficult as long as you show that you have experience in sales and customer experience.
