TD Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Like every other job interview basic HR questions. This was 6 years ago so i don’t know if this has changed but they didn’t make me sell them a pen and did not want any previous sales training. Was hired then they sent me to training which was very helpful to the job.

The group interview process was unique- it involves a group activity with other candidates, a group presentation, and a one on one interview where they simply pull you out randomly from the group activity.
