TD Customer Service Representative interview questions

Very unprofessional questions and behaviour. Changed interview time twice, that too just 10 minutes before the start time and asked personal questions as well. Repeated same questions more than once. I tried to be polite and answered them differently but the lady said ‘that’s not enough and tell me more”

An initial phone call and then an in-person interview, both the branch manager and service manager were present. Situation-based questions were asked. Selling a pen scenario was surprisingly asked, seems a bit outdated.
