TD Customer Service Representative interview questions

Was called in to do a group activity. During this time, I believe they were doing mass hiring for multiple CSR's and multiple bank locations. For the group activity, they were looking for how you interacted with your group and some creativity. After the group activity, they did 1:1 interviews that mainly consisted on behavioural questions.

I applied from their website and then I got a multiple-choice assessment such as a case study. After that, I got phone interview. Overall, the interviewer was in a rush and tried to finish earlier.
