Depends on agreement to be active and aim high- it's all about numbers sales sales and stay in loop once someone with pull doesn't like you don't expect much- no handouts freebies to keep subpar employees shining get in young educated give it 3 years and bam you'll know then I thought interview was great learn to go along get along

Applied online. Got a response in a few hours and set interview for following week. Straight forward process and questions. Go over 10 basic interview questions and was only asked 6 of them. Got a call a few days later for an interview with the store manager. Most of interview was discussing what I would be doing to get leads and talked about benefits at the end.

Interview
I went through a telephone interview first and the face to face interview. Telephonic interview was like a behavioural questions. Eye contact is very necessary and the firm handshake too. Ask questions after the interview.
