Interview
Applied online for the Financial Services Rep position in October and got a call for an interview in December. I interviewed at the branch in December. In January, I had not heard anything from either the recruiter or interviewer, but on the website my application had a status of "under review". I reached out to the recruiter by email in hopes for an update, but did not receive a response. After reaching out, I checked the website and my application was declined. Overall, the company's recruitment process seems unorganized and unprofessional. I understand their recruiters may be busy, but an email stating that I was not chosen would have been the better option, or at least some kind of reply.

Interview
In-person interview was very a relaxed interview process, lots of back and fourth conversation, felt at ease. Received phone call from management asking to set-up interview date directly. Professional process throughout all parts.
