phone interview + in person interview with hiring manager, take a test and than have a talk with hiring manager and architect, after the interview, I received the offer a day after. then the next step is background check, takes about one week.

The interview went smooth. You should know every detail in your resume. The interview focused on technical questions followed by situational questions. The interviewers were professional and nice. They are focused on the interview proper.
