A friend forwarded my resume to HR and then get an email from HR to set up a phone interview.

after phone interview, HR forwarded my resume to the branch manager.
got an email from the branch manger to set up an interview again. however, one day before the interview. she cancled the interview since the position is taken by an internal employee.
I first got in contact with the head recruiter of my region. He then set me up and let me know of an interview I had with a branch manager in one of the locations of my preference. When I went to the interview, I started off with one interviewee. Then a second person came in the room that didn't ask questions but observed my answers and took notes.

This isn't a particular question, but in my case I was caught off guard because the manager had not ever seen my resume before, so I had to walk her through it as she was skimming it.

Interview
There were 3 interviews: Phone, district location/group interview, and the branch where you going to work at. Also, the HR did a background check and fingerprints. A person will not get hired unless he/she passed the work tests.
