Store manager was very professional , proper and to the point. She asked me all the right questions, and was encouraging and warm. I got an offer and took it right away.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TD in Jul 2012
Interview
First I had a phone interview which was very straightforward and was primarily asked administrative questions as well as two behavioural questions. I was scheduled for a 1:1 interview the next week, which consisted entirely of behavioural questions. I was asked if I had any questions about the company before and after the interview 1:1 interview by the interviewer. Before the end of the week, I received a call offering me the position. Had I accepted I would have been asked in the following week to sign an offer letter and provide references from 3 past managers. Overall, it was a well managed hiring process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in May 2010
Interview
I got the interview through a recruiter. There was only 1 interview and it was an in depth questioning of everything on my resume followed by your standard programming questions (java). Process was fairly painless and it's no-nonsense.
I'm told the process has become more thorough in the last year.
