TD interview questions

My assumption is that they are waiting for their first choice to sign the paperworks before they send out the rejections to other candidates. Is it true that the candidate would be informed "thanks but no thanks" a few days after the interview if they absolutely not want to proceed? I was told that the candidate'd definitely be told either way, but alas, still no words.

Already worked for TD Bank prior and had the skills and experience to become FSR. Got the job due to good sales result from past job.
