Interview
1st- phone interview for about 20 min
2nd- face to face interview with very common interview questions "tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for td, teamwork, problem resolution etc)
Hiring staff were not very educated. Work cutlure is hostile because of bad management, VERY PERFORMANCE driven. You don't matter, just whether you hit sales targets or not.
Advice: do not work for TD bank unless you want a sales driven job where the only thing that matters are your metrics/sales targets and there is absolutely no teamwork or intellectual ability involved.

Interview
Phone interview - This one was with the hiring manager. The manager asked for an overview of my work experience, the structure of the organization I last worked for, the types of audits I did and my target salary.
1:1 interview - I had a total of 4 1:1 interviews with managers from the organization. Here are sample questions/ items asked of me:

- challenges I faced
- the most significant contribution I made
- the tools I used
- how I worked with my colleagues and teammates
- my approach/ thought process when planning and executing an audit
