TD Senior IT Developer interview questions

I applied through LinkedIn, I was contacted shortly after by a recruiter (screening interview) who asked about my experience with Angular. After I had a 1 hour tech interview with a hiring manager. Everything smoothly and I was rejected for no reason a week after. Kind of strange to reject a candidate after two positive interviews. I felt like they had already selected someone and were just wasting my time.
